Why wouldn't they have not been able to negotiate with a content provider like this; "Mr. studio we have a one of a kind technology that can clean and convert your movies to 4K/UHD. After conversion we have a one of a kind platform, ULTRAFLIX, that can stream your movies to the masses. Give us rights your movies we will do all the work and we will give you a percentage of the revenue going forward for rental and subscription services.

No dilution needed for content.
