10-K BOMBSHELL: SEC Clears BLTA; NO Wrongdoing
Holey Moley! For just one little paragraph in BLTA 10-K, it sure says a mouthful.

Item 3. Legal Proceedings
During 2015, SEC Enforcement Division conducted a confidential investigation of Baltia. As of December 31, 2015 Baltia was subject to potential enforcement action. On March 15, 2016, the SEC officially closed the investigation as having no intent to recommend enforcement.

So during 2015 the SEC conducted a confidential investigation into BLTA. In these matters the SEC has unlimited resources. No stone is left unturned. The SEC is looking for dirt, they found NONE on BLTA. BLTA is squeaky clean per SEC. Case Closed.
