Our distribution base is rapidly growing and upgrading to the OTCQB will demonstrate our commitment to create a strong baseline of transparency. We believe that the upgrade in the OTC market tier will improve investor confidence while enriching the overall trading experience for all investors. An additional benefit of becoming a fully reporting company is that we believe it will attract institutional investors and open the door for commercial funding. Our goal is to join the third-largest stock exchange, NYSE MKT (formerly the American Stock Exchange) by the end of fiscal year 2017. This is a very exciting landmark for Rocky Mountain High Brands."
