The 10k was not good...The only thing I found interesting yesterday was the large bid of almost 5 million shares and nobody sold after the report was out. According to stock charts.com it still shows accumulation is rising and also MACD Histogram which is usually a positive. To me and probably just to me it looks like someone might be trying to accumulate at .0016 but who knows.

Cote closed at .0019 on 1,000 share volume (Paint the tape?) Will be interesting to see how Cote does today.
