I am not sure if I would identified Igor as Dicatorship. From my perspective, he was proud of his baby, and he wanted the 747 to fly to start off the business. He wouldn't accept the FAA's determination for the 747 in NY. He made a lot of mistakes. Let bygone be bygone.

I see that Russell Thal is a leader, allowing his team to come with union decision in moving forward. Since John Drago is now the largest shareholder of the company...I am sure he is communicating with them on daily basis as well.
