I don't think the RS is priced in since we don't know what ratio is yet. The perception of a 1:5 RS would be whole lot different than 1:15. So until they either shit or get off the pot, the pps isn't going to make any sustainable moves to the upside. How long have we been sitting in RS limbo, 2 months now?
