They wouldn't give it to me either. I emailed investors@italkmobility.com and got the following response:
"The company presently has 1,875,000,000 shares on the float."
I'm not sure if this means according to "presently" available public information and this will change when the 10K is released or not. It has seemed to me in the last few months that TALK does not trade like a company with a float that large.
Or maybe IR doesn't really know, and the figure they gave me is just based on the authorized shares that are "presently" listed on the Nevada SOS site.
Really hoping, and actually expecting, that it is lower.
