What happened regarding the LETTER OF INTENT to merge with AVDX? Not that I want it to happen but there's not been any mention that it has happened. At least the Idiot GC could announce the intent has terminated...is proceeding...on hold...something...anything...this clown has never finished ANYTHING he's started!! He just always has a new plan, then never comes through, then never ever mentions it again!!
