I'll stop, but as a closing statement and in Jerry's defense, I think they've done much better in recent months. I also strongly disagreed with the comment that if Jerry didn't intend to get it done he shouldn't say it. Why would anyone truly long on this investment think he didn't intend to get it done? And all the man said was he anticipated it being done by the end of the month. How does that constitute that he signed something? An even better question is how does the act of coming in several days or even a coup[le of weeks late on the anticipation represent an impact on anything but the pride of someone who turned his anticipation into a deadline and maybe told some people that it was a deadline.
