I read somewhere that, because IHUB is located offshore (in the UK, I think), they aren't obligated to follow US law, thus all the deletions of legitimate posts which, if IHUB was located in the US, would be a violation of free speech and expression and subject to scrutiny and investigation by US agencies which would possibly result in them being shut down.
