Mr Quinn - with regards to your premise let me explain how a r/s works -- with simple #'s say u have 100 shares co XYZ that is trading at $1 and company has 100 mm shares outstanding Co XYZ wants listing on Amex board so shareprice needs to $2 or higher - they do a 2/1 R/S to glean price - so now u have 50 shares worth $2 rather than 100 shares worth $1 -- your value is same yet co went from 100mm shares to 50mm shares -
In the above - that is good reason to R/S - many do that to remain above delisting price and get shorted to 0-
Jerry seems to think we'll hit $1 by EOY - I'm trying to be way more cautious - and hope we can set a new high say 35 cents by EOY - May I be so wrong and Jerry right
