So I called the SEC LA Regional office (since its still open) They stated there are many reasons why a filing may not show up in the system right away. In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours for a filing to show up, it does not usually take that long, but it can for "various" reasons.

Also, texted this Levy number, if its really him, not sure. He said they missed no deadline, but the reason nothing is in Edgar is because "it wasnt filed yet" not sure if that means Edgar didnt file it yet, or TALK didnt file it yet. We'll have to wait and see.
