that was exact words from Jerry -- said he expects us above $1 and a 1/2 rs would work for him -- also remember for AMEX exchange we have to be over $2 share and co value over 5mm -- per jerry we only out 320 mm shares now - said that (i asked - they are authorized 840mm shares aka shelf ) Jerry knows f he r/s's price will instantaneously increase by a coupls $$'s a share as we'll have float down mid 160's MM outstanding
