My Etrade acct. provides free real time and accurate quotes once logged in. Trades aren't the cheapest in the business unless you're a day trader and qualify for the lower commissions, but they allow trading of pink sheet stocks without restrictions except that they won't let me buy at market. I can only enter a buy order for a pink sheet stock if I enter a limit price. I may not be able to use a trailing stop sell on them either, but other than that and some questionable behavior around press releases popping in and out, I've been happy with them and I have free accurate quotes and charts.
