So this will allow us to secure our investment while the Company grows and will protect us from dilution. That is how I interpret the last sentence in paragraph 5. Ok
We are adding thousands of new users every week while adding new content on a continuous basis which supports the foregoing. Ok
We will reduce debt by a significant amount which will drive an improved balance sheet. Ok
Financial incentives including stock awards for all employees should be supported as long as the programs generate value for the company by exceeding specific targets that make the company successful which in turn would build shareholder value. Anything less than that is an entitlement and not worthy of consideration. Ok
We will need to expand our facilities to support growth. Ok
Continue to grow the company and increase shareholder value.
I am ok with all of this but when does NTEK deliver shareholder value? Are shareholders really appreciated?
