For anyone who doesnt go over to iScum, I got into a little argument over this "merger not done cuz its not done in the Nevada SOS crap"

So I did some DD and posted this

I spoke with the Nevada SOS, and what TALK did right there with updating the officers is all they needed to do. They could have filled out that whole merger form, but it could still be posted as an amended form, like the last form is posted as. Since this is a publicly traded company, in the fashion it is, there is no requirement for them to do a second merger with the Nevada SOS, so dont expect to ever see one because they dont need to.
