You can't count on that imho because they have raised the authorized as needed in the past. My main concern is that the shorts will attack with a vengence driving the share price right down back to where it was prior to the reverse split and the shareholders will be the big losers. I would much prefer to see Ultraflix spun off much as NTGL was. NTGL has a small outstanding with the great majority of shares locked up waiting to be distributed to us and it is being abusively naked shorted. What does anyone think will stop the shorts from driving the price right back down again? Been fighting abusive naked shorting for 17 years and I know reverse splits benefit the shorts, not the shareholders.. Wish I felt differently. Go NTEK!!!
