In Feb, I posted an extensive insight into the in-applicability, to the GDSI-Rontan deal i.e., the redressing of remedies should Rontan be found liable.
I do not plan on reposting it, but will just say that Sullivan has a little taste of what can happen if he does not get serious and sit down again with Rontan and work out the issues, instead of acting like he is Sherlock Holmes.
