I'm 99% certain that is retail- probably a trader who bought last week in the .03's. That ask was on yesterday in the .05's and now it's been raised- and partially filled- was over 700k yesterday. It is also an odd number. During all of the huge volume dumping by the toxics, the MM's never show a true ask amount usually just 10k or 20k shares. They just sell. They would have just jumped those shares yesterday and we would have been in the .04's in a few seconds.
