Those "bad guys" don't like to lose and they are losing with CTIX as longs continue to accumulate and none are selling. Sure volume is low but the volume exclusive of wash trades used to walk down the price and lower the FINRA short percentage are buys by longs who know we are close to being inundated with good news. Every day shares that do not exist in the real world are being purchased. Uplisting will cause a full and complete accounting of those shares which is going to cause big losses for those that are short.
