Based on the Jan SEC filing, my best guess is the OS count is over 1.5B, but less than 1.75B.
On January 20th, 2016 the Board of Directors, pursuant to Section 607.0704, Florida Statutes, the Board of Directors, acting as shareholders of the Preferred Shares and pursuant to their own resolution, voted to increase the authorized shares of the Corporation from 1,500,000,000 common shares to 1,750,000,000 common shares. Such filing was filed with the State of Florida on January 20th, 2016.

I think the extension on the 10K ends Thursday because of leap year. We should get an update then. But this was the last report.
