I think you are suggesting libel, not slander. Regardless, SFRX is going to have to prove my statements are false.
Kyle could have cleared all this up, as could any shareholder and provided an agreement about 3 items., the gold coins, the platters, and the 80/20. The FBAR is suppose to have all that info.
I wonder if they will go after Sinclair for what he said about the gold coins.
According to the Court filing all this info is suppose to be publicly available. It's funny how no one has posted it.
But within 12 hours of the gold coin/Captain's wife claim being filed with the Court, and before the Clerk could have provided the document, a poster here regurgitated the LIE.
But no............it's not a pump and dump. The OS count and the stock price are just a coincidence, right?
