I agree. those trading records should be demanded in discovery long before trial and should have been requested prior to the prior trial hearing. it is a material part of the case for HJOE and ultimately - the courts to determine how the company was damaged and how usury applies.

as far as TJ being the auditor as a condition to the loan - where is that documented?
