That isn't exactly correct. He is making a pre-suit demand on the board of AMBS under Rule 23.1 of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure. That is the statute that deals with shareholder derivative lawsuits in NV. The suit would be a derivative lawsuit brought by Ms. Friedman against the Directors and Officers of AMBS for failing to act.
