If the holders of any notes wanted to convert into shares. We would have to get an 8k raising the AS first if it is completely maxed. Therefore we should have no worries about any dilution..correct me if I am wrong. If so then I believe the holders of any notes are planning to wait as they can read the 8k's as well. Our time is near friends IMHO..
