This one is of greatest interest to me, although I am sure other counters would be scrutinized by a judge.
95. TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE
a)Plaintiff caused Defendants to retain auditors, brokers, accountants; and
b)Plaintiff required Defendants to pay said professionals fees and costs
c)that Plaintiff’s aforesaid agents caused damages to defendants.
The Terry Johnson connection. Was that a KBM recommendation or a KBM demand? Does HJOE have that ace in the hole? Look at (C) Plaintiff's agents.
Am I reaching here or was TJ an agent of KBM? He certainly caused damages to HJOE and created the fiscal filing fiasco they now find themselves in.
