Because people failed to slap the ask and keep the momentum going, one flipper with 15M has stacked the ask at .0006.
He might change his mind if it starts to get slapped.
Also, the big buyer might just take the whole lot if any flippers don't whack the .0005 bid for just 1 tick profit.
