Joe does need to be mindful of the protected territories. That is part of a fairly large payment and contract between them and a dealer. I'd hate to see a dealer claim breech because master cases are going out and people are undercutting and selling them. If it's even happening, it should stop immediately or Joe should simply track the protected territories and not allow master cases to be sold in those areas.
