I was thinking the same thing. I would conclude a scenario such as this could be the reason for the unusual amount of quite time the company continues to prolong. I'm familiar with the bashers tactics and how they can spin and twist the information creating doubts for the novice trader, but the latter seems to be more plausible due to the relationship, forged, with Fortune 500 companies already established and the stipulations they can sometimes force upon a company conducting business with them.
