Anyone out there hear the story where HJOE delivered product to a potential dealer before they actually paid for the franchise. Now that someone has actually purchased this area, the raghead is selling the product extremely cheap and ruining the true dealers chances of selling at the expected rate. That I would say is extremely poor business practices. Hoping this does not happen to my "protected" area.
