Audits will address fundamental needs and also show that the Company is building the business in a credible and compliant business structure. It will improve credibility with existing shareholders and also attract new shareholders and possible institutions. In the event they do not execute fin audits then I believe the management strategy is deeply flawed. This is the time for fins and to ignore this will be fiscally irresponsible and unless you there is a BO or spinoff we will be in worse shape than when we started. Management has promised fins numerous times in the past and it is time to execute!
