We were told at SHM that revenue was robust and everything was going good with the launches of Ultraflix. Then all of a sudden a series of massive dilutions take place without any explanation then the CEO leaves who was supposed to be focused on the audits and the pps collapsed to .0022. A few months later we are told they want to do a reverse split after the dilutions that were for the sale of shares at next to nothing prices. For what purpose? The only thing I trust is for a rapid share buy back program. Something very fishy going on IMHO.
