I am also apprehensive on the idea of an RS unless there is a comprehensive plan to insure that the share price does not backslide or can be manipulated downward by the very folks who want to see the company fail...
Fiscally it would not make sense. I am willing to reserve judgement on the RS until I hear the plan.
It would have to include more than just increased revenue quarter to quarter. The plan would have to be more substantial, though systematic revenue increase is a good start...
It can also be said that there are many successful companies with a share count as high or higher than NTEK, though fiscally we are not in the same category. JMHO
