Winston, Am I missing something here? I read your scenario and you said reducing the AS to 500 million after a 1:10 RS leaving us with an OS of 200 million would be a "Huge Act of Confidence". Really?
You think a scenario where NTEK has the ability to dilute an additional 150% of the OS is a good thing? Why not just give them back all our shares and lets start from scratch? Because in your scenario that would be like them saying they have decided to raise the AS from where it is today 1.79 billion to 4,475,000,000. Yippie for us! We can all go buy a pack of chewing gum with our fortunes.
I don't like that scenario at all.
