I do not see Hangover Joe’s requesting a settlement at May’s hearing. Hangover Joe’s would be smart taking it to trial putting KBM out of business, Asher brothers in jail and receiving a huge settlement. It would be to KBM’s benefit to request a settlement not Hangover Joe’s. The case is clear cut if it goes to trial and KBM knows that!
