Then it sounds like they must be close to completing Fins. If not, and they unilaterally initiate a RS without a compressive plan, including a contingency plan they would be asking for real trouble/risk. I have confidence in the leadership and I don't dare think they go down this route. Nevertheless, if NTEK is being considered in a change of control, spinoff, or partnership the plan might be different. At this time Fins have to be an integral and short term priority.
