I am trying to keep an open mind as to the reverse split discussion. Is the company going to put this to a proxy vote of shareholders? If so they will have to present their reasoning for being for such a split along with lots of documentation. Were I asked to vote based on the information I have available to me now I for one would vote against it. I would rather see other alternatives attempted first. Heck I would much prefer to see Ultraflix spun off similar to the way NTGL was with NTEK continuing to hold some shares. Before that happens however I want to see the NTGL divy paid and see what effect that has on our NTEK shares. Hopefully those audited financials are soon to be filed.
