The KEY for NTEK to repeat the 2013 scenario going
forward from here is to show the market WHEN and at
what level they are going to STABALIZE the
SHARE STRUCTURE.

So far last 7 weeks no dilution has taken place
and the stock has responded to rapidly improving
fundamentals,
but the R/S issue is still hanging out there and
we don't know what kind of FUNDING they will
get on good terms or not. What we do know is
they said they have a plan to eliminate about
80% of the toxic debt. If they accomplish that
it will go a long way to moving the stock much
higher.
