It's not as simple as handing out a car. There are insurance paperwork, there are lots of liabilities when it comes to ferrying passengers, verifying that the pilots to fly the aircraft are trained and certified...the list goes on and I don't know the whole thing, but have a pretty good idea.

It's a 200-300 million dollar plane that a leasing company is going to hand the keys over to Balita. It's a huge risk, and must minimize the risk as much as possible.

We know Baltia has their ducks in order, and it's a matter of time going through the checklist to ensure that the keys are ready to be handed over. Thing is...we don't even know if a deal is in works or even it has been started. All we know is that we're supposed to be hearing some news in the near future. Maybe by the end of this month or maybe in May. From the sounds of it, the goal is to start flying in 3Q of 2016.
