Everyone will "Ban" Cadmium completely in the particular use in Display Technology. Its use can no longer be justified due to Cadmium Free Quantum Dots readily available from alternate sources.

FYI, the State of California Legislature is pushing for all displays to be "Energy Efficient" Flat Panel Technology, no more CRT's but they will not allow Cadmium in any form to come in for any reason other than Chemistry Research at a University of College. In the ladder case only in "Extremely limited Quantity".
