Hunter with respect, you don't have inside info on what
NTEK plans are. For example they announced a PROXY
clear back last OCT that hasn't happened either.

I agree the R/S is still most likely scenario and NTEK
is waiting until they have enough good news to offset
that before doing it.

BUT, its just as possible that since they got UF on
the MANY MILLIONS of platforms last month, that
was enough of a game changer to give WHALES
incentive to FUND the company in a non-dilutive
way.

Bottomline to me either way we end up better
in the weeks ahead because nothing can stop
the RAPID GROWTH in UF REVENUES in the months
ahead IMO.
