In case anyone was wondering where The Rocky Mountain Company owned by Dennis Downer fits into all this - it doesn't.
The Rocky Mountain Company was one of the earlier names used by founder Dennis Downer for the lumber business 40+ years ago before that was renamed Intermountain Orient.
Intermountain Orient - the lumber business - was bought from Dennis Downer by Gary Andrew.
Dennis Downer has retained The Rocky Mountain Company as a shell for other business interests.
Some free business search websites have not been updated for many years - it is these that bashers notoriously seek out and then use to fit their purpose in attempts to dupe those that can't be bothered to do their own DD.
I see that I-Glow has now started to make libelous statements about Gary Andrew so I'm sure that details of those will find their way to Intermountain Orient for the attention of the company attorney.
