We should be getting news in next shareholders letter if one is coming soon about the status. You can't uplist with out audited financials and pps trading for over ninety days at over a minimum amount depending on revenue and what exchange applied for. R/S has to be massive to qualify whereas a buy back would get us there faster without diminishing SH value any further from short attacks.
