LTNC Chart - Price Recovery from Manipulation Attack
SA signal & sentiment scores are again at a record 22-month high, since June 2014. All signals are bullish. Accumulation by longs continued uninterrupted during and after attack.
The stock is beginning it's recovery. Upward price pressure will be added as restrictions on buy-back and insider buying are lifted, now that the 8K has been filed for the recent sale of branches that provided a cash injection for debt paydown and share buy-back program.
The manipulation attack was timed with Friday's announcement so that company and insiders could not buy shares during the any resulting sell-off. Company and insider buying is restricted when company/insiders have "material information" that is not formally released - the 8K. Now that the 8K has been filed, restrictions should be lifted and and buy-back and insider buying can resume.
