It would not surprise me to see further clarification in future regarding the reason why filings in some states - that have been posted here - are in the name of Future Intermountain Orient.
The important facts for shareholders and potential shareholders are that:
- Gary Andrew is the Owner / President at Intermountain Orient.
- The business with that title is the one headquartered at the address on the website.
- It is indeed the successful lumber business that is the intended subject of the reverse merger.
- Gary Andrew is based there - regardless of what people who contact the company in a belligerent manner might be told by those screening the phone.
