Not sure what happened. I recall a PIPE investor saying come April 2nd the Defendant would be in jail.
Okay, maybe he was DOL (dreaming out loud), but when you see the claims about Mary and the permit basically being ready to go, and then the jail time opinion, you have to start wondering about the guy.
FWIW....I saw the Defendant post on Facebook that he had lunch with a relative. He didn't say he was in Tampa.
Those are "motions", not charges. And yes I believe both sides had motions before the Court.
