Please expand on that.....I have a major complaint that just happened recently. Minor to some...but they jumped my scheduled payment up for my son 10 days(16th of every month). The reason I am pissed is what I have gone through the past two and half years......they just did a one time(?) shortened billing policy of 20 days(scheduled March 26 payment due EOM).
!!If you do the math....UPMC via Pittsburgh, Pa.... just gave me a one time 33% increase in daily premium payments for the Month of April.
FU! ... of course.....that does not change the billing cycle....or the lapse period. It's just another trick of getting a quick boost in cash while giving you a sooner than expected bill...and loss of cash budget.
