They tried very hard to close it under 1,.60 yesterday. Looks like they saved some end of day powder today to make sure of it. The significance may only be part of the algorithms manipulation that spam trader uses to his followers money. It isn't going to help them any when news hits.
I think tomorrow may get a little crazy... Maybe slip in to $2 depends how nervous some folks get.
