It's possible that one of the groups has not assembled a full position yet so they are trying these little forays down to see if they can shake loose some more cheap stock from weak hands.

Some of the daytraders from the run up are the weak hands I refer to. There sure aren't any weak hands left from the longer-term shareholders.
