As a business owner myself I understand how difficult and time consuming negotiations can be. They always take 5 times longer than anticipated.

I have faith in this company and feel patience here is all that is needed. I just find it odd that we get a PR on 4/5, which I read as a big positive but not one signal post about it. Strange.

Either way I'm holding for the long haul or adding if it drops below current levels.
